JC Controls designed the IG4500 ionization gauge
controller to replace the successful IG4400.
This controller provides
superior reliability and accuracy at a very affordable price. This
controller
operates and displays one hot cathode ionization gauge tube and two
separate
thermocouple tubes similitaneously. Standard features include RS-232
computer
interface, degas timer and four 3A set points adjustable from 1 to 1 X
10-10
torr. An analog recorder output monitors the vacuum. The IG4500
provides
50 watts of resistive degas power. The standard unit includes 19" rack
mount brackets. IG4500 controller is clear, concise, and easy to
operate
with or without the instruction manual. The IG4500 is designed for
maximum
precision, reliability, and durability. Each unit is subjected to
stringent
quality control measures. The IG4500 is calibrated before and after a
48
hour burn in. It is then adjusted for operation with a Bayard Alpert
ion
gauge tube.
